Position Summary:
Saco Bay PT is in search of a dedicated full-time Pediatric Communication Specialist to join our dynamic therapy team.

This role is situated within a multidisciplinary facility that offers pediatric physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, feeding therapy, and adult orthopedic physical therapy. We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent communication abilities, thrives in a collaborative environment, and can adapt to a fast-paced setting.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Compensation Package:
Starting salary of $55,000, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess assigned patients and set appropriate treatment objectives and programs
Conduct ongoing evaluations of patient progress and goals
Formulate comprehensive treatment goals to optimize patient outcomes
Collaborate with other clinical and therapeutic services to coordinate treatment plans
Participate in relevant clinical meetings to enhance coordination
Deliver high-quality patient care while fostering positive interactions with facilities and clients

Required Qualifications:


Must meet the minimum standards set by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) for initiating a Clinical Fellowship Year, including at least 36 credit hours in designated studies.

State licensure/registration as required.
ASHA certification is mandatory.
A minimum of 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience is required.
