Administrative Support Specialist

">The Administrative Coordinator role at Great River Hydro LLC is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and organized individual to provide clerical support to the assigned areas and projects. ">Responsibilities
">
- Supports river system departments with various tasks, including answering general questions, processing expense reports & reimbursements, coordinating crew time, vehicle administration, ordering office supplies, and supporting inventory management.
- Provides general administrative support around requisitions, purchase orders, budgeting, invoice receiving/check requests, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders and departments as needed.
- Screens resumes and cover letters, coordinates interviews, and assists in maintaining personnel files.
">Requirements

- 3-5 years of prior/progressive support experience in an office environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, or related field of study, however, relevant work experience considered in lieu of degree.
- Experience in financial forecasting along with a familiarity of procurement and the requisition/purchase order process.
