Rental Management Representative

Position Overview:

The Rental Management Representative plays a crucial role in our operations, focusing on enhancing customer relationships and driving sales growth. This position is designed to provide comprehensive training in various aspects of rental management, including Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Sales/Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage inbound and outbound sales communications effectively.
2. Ensure the accuracy and currency of data within the marketing database.
3. Generate leads for rental, lease, and used vehicle sales.
4. Oversee rental asset management, ensuring vehicle maintenance and cleanliness standards are met.
5. Achieve market share targets by executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
6. Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
7. Address and resolve customer concerns to foster long-term relationships and expand the customer base.

Additional Duties:

As needed, the Rental Management Representative may take on the role of On-Call Representative based on scheduling requirements.

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- High energy, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in building professional relationships across all organizational levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up capabilities.
- Willingness to relocate within the region or nationally after training.
- Intermediate computer literacy is required.

Educational Requirements:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is mandatory.
- A minimum of one year of customer service experience, particularly in issue resolution, is preferred.
