Work Schedule: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Program Overview

The Rental Management Trainee program spans 18-24 months, offering comprehensive training in Rental Management alongside specialized instruction in Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Sales/Marketing. Participants will engage in both operational and administrative responsibilities to support location and regional management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales communications.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data within the marketing database.
  • Generate leads for rental, lease, and used vehicle sales.
  • Oversee rental asset management, including vehicle maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Achieve market share goals through effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Address customer concerns and disputes to foster ongoing relationships and expand the customer base.

Additional Duties

  • Participate as an On-Call Representative based on scheduling needs.
  • Complete other assigned tasks as necessary.

  • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to cultivate professional relationships across all organizational levels.

  • Willingness to relocate within the region or the U.S. after program completion.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency is required.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • Preferred experience includes at least one year in customer service with a focus on issue resolution.
