Corovan is on the lookout for skilled individuals to fill the role of Client Services Coordinator II. This position is pivotal in managing commercial projects, including office relocations, storage solutions, installations, and technical assignments, while maintaining effective communication with clients, end users, operational teams, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction by coordinating the installation and relocation processes through effective communication with project managers, clients, and team members.
  • Report to the office daily in appropriate company attire.
  • Be available to work five days a week, including a rotational weekend schedule, with the possibility of overtime and holiday shifts.
  • Receive and verify work requests from clients through various communication channels, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Input orders into the Order Entry System, confirming and processing jobs in accordance with company policies.
  • Communicate any changes to clients, sales teams, and operations promptly, documenting modifications accurately.
  • Generate necessary paperwork for crews to execute daily tasks on-site.
  • Prepare reports and billing information as required.
  • Maintain accurate project files and hard copy records.
  • Complete all documentation meticulously and submit to operations daily, including timesheets and inventory forms.
  • Perform all tasks with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety.
  • Interpret installation plans and identify key locations for staging and changes.
  • Manage work orders using both the WebPortal and Order Entry system.
  • Act as the gatekeeper for project documentation.
  • Provide written and verbal updates to clients regarding estimated and actual costs.
  • Support sales and project management with proposal assistance and by compiling necessary information for relevant departments.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned based on business needs.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience or training.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn and utilize the WebPortal and Order Entry databases.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively engage with individuals in potentially high-pressure situations.
  • Consistent ability to meet deadlines on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Basic mathematical skills for calculations involving whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Capability to read and interpret installation drawings and use both standard and metric measuring tools.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Data entry proficiency is preferred.
