Business Development Manager

NUCKOLLS is seeking a seasoned sales and leadership professional to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for servicing our existing client base, researching new business opportunities, and supervising a team of sales professionals. Your expertise in training and developing team members will be essential in driving growth and success. Key responsibilities include:

* Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills
* Research new business opportunities and develop strategies for growth
* Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support as needed
* Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes
* Daily reporting of field activity using our CRM system

Required skills and qualifications include:

* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong supervisory and leadership skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
* Passion for helping people and developing relationships
* Sales or customer service experience
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
* Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce

Licensing requirements include a valid driver's license and ability to work in the U.S. A clean background and own transportation are also required. A 45-day minimum evaluation period is in place before advancement to the Agency Director role.
