Business Development Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Prairie State Gaming. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining valuable relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with location owners to maximize revenue and performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to redesign gaming areas to increase revenue and performance
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, sales, or marketing
  • Intermediate computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and Sales Force
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
