Job Summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a skilled Fermentation Specialist to join our team at a leading food and beverage company. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are produced and packaged for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport containers of fermented tea to fellow team members for mixing and pouring into kettles
  • Unpack and place clean bottles onto the production line for filling and packaging
  • Visually inspect bottles for defects and remove them from the production line as needed
  • Pack finished product into boxes and seal them with tape
  • Assist in unboxing and repackaging bottled product for customized orders
  • Palletize packaged boxes of finished product for storage and shipping
  • Transport empty boxes to other areas of the line for packaging and cleaning
  • Stack empty pallets for storage and maintenance
  • Assist team members by staging materials, pressing buttons, and notifying supervisors of any issues
  • Clean work areas as needed to maintain a safe and efficient work environment

Requirements:

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Ability to follow instructions and processes closely
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • 0-6 months of experience in manufacturing, production, and/or food and beverage industry (preferred)
