About the Role

Hallmark is seeking a skilled Technical Product Owner to lead the development and implementation of warehouse automation technology platforms. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for translating business priorities into product requirements and best practices for supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with distribution centers and business partners to identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement.
  • Use data and metrics to justify requirements, build business cases, and measure product performance.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively, refining and prioritizing user stories, features, and tasks based on customer feedback and business value.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on priorities.
  • Oversee the iterative development process, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure delivered increments meet quality standards and provide value to end-users.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years' professional work experience in a product management, software development, or related technical role.
  • Prior experience in a similar capacity is beneficial for understanding product development and management complexities.
  • Understanding of software development processes, coding languages, databases, and other technical aspects relevant to software development.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in product management, support services, and/or warehouse control systems, with an understanding of how products move through a distribution center and how users interact with technology.
  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems, Warehouse Execution Systems, Auto-pick technology, Lucas Voice Pick technology, and Ricoh print technology is highly desirable.
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and tools (ADO, Jira, Trello, etc.) to manage projects effectively.
  • Preferred certifications include Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Agile Certified Product Manager (ACPM), or other recognized certifications in product management or Agile methodologies.
