Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Configuration Specialist to join our team at Day and Zimmermann, Inc. The successful candidate will serve as the bridge between the information technology team and business units by collecting and processing critical human resources data. This includes configuring SAP SuccessFactors software for all HR modules, overseeing product release management systems, and testing cycles. Our ideal candidate will have expertise in designing data templates, migrating data into SuccessFactors, and troubleshooting system-related issues.

About the Role: As a key member of our HR team, you will work closely with IT partners to implement and configure HR modules. You will create reports and dashboards to support business analytics needs and ensure compliance with D&Z security standards. Responsibilities:
  • Configure SAP SuccessFactors software for all HR modules
  • Oversee product release management systems and testing cycles
  • Design data templates and migrate data into SuccessFactors
  • Troubleshoot system-related issues and prepare reports
  • Maintain technical documentation and ensure D&Z security compliance

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR configuration and implementation
  • Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and data migration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year based on location and experience.
