We are seeking a high-performing Account Growth Manager to join our team at Berlin Packaging LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new accounts and retaining existing business to achieve financial goals. They will work closely with our value-added sales resources and service divisions to complete complex sales transactions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultative B2B sales and prospecting experience involving complex project management and relationship-based sales transactions that resulted in revenue growth. They will be highly focused on customer needs with a merchant mentality and strong attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline strongly preferred or equivalent experience required
  • 3+ years of successful consultative B2B sales and prospecting experience involving complex project management and relationship-based sales transactions that resulted in revenue growth
  • Strong business and financial acumen with a thirst for continuous knowledge and growth
  • Ability to effectively partner with internal teams and use sales tools to develop new accounts and retain existing business in order to achieve financial goals
