**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Davidson Hospitality Group.

About the Role:

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by greeting and welcoming them with a warm and friendly attitude. You will also efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Greeting and welcoming guests with a smile and offering assistance as needed.
  2. Efficiently processing guest arrivals and departures, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
  3. Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  4. Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
  5. Processing guest payments and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
  6. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to ensure a positive impression for our guests.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for career growth and development within our dynamic hospitality group.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
