Responsibilities:

  • Regularly meet with management to discuss staffing needs and ensure job postings are current.
  • Collaborate with project managers to devise effective recruitment strategies.
  • Work with the Recruitment Manager to establish partnerships with educational and job training programs for recruitment pipelines.
  • Assist in the initial screening and interviewing of candidates, providing feedback on their progression.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and project managers.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet staffing objectives.
  • Build a network of qualified candidates for future job site deployments.
  • Act as a liaison with staffing agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state employment laws.
  • Participate in recruitment fairs to promote the company.
  • Track employee evaluations and facilitate review meetings.
  • Monitor employee career goals and training needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • License: Valid state driver's license as required.
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in recruitment or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.

Working Conditions:
