Collision Repair Specialist

At Quality Talent Group, we're seeking a skilled Collision Repair Specialist to join our team. As a champion of quality and customer satisfaction, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine damaged vehicles and plan efficient repair processes.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Perform high-quality repairs while maintaining on-time delivery.
- Make informed decisions on repair vs. replacement, considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
- Remove and replace vehicle components, including upholstery, accessories, and trim.
- Participate in regular safety meetings and adhere to company protocols.
- File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces using power tools and hand tools.
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians as needed.
Requirements:
- Certification in body repair is preferred.
- Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and manufacturer specifications.
- I-CAR welding certification.
- Ability to analyze and interpret measuring data.
- Supervisory experience and excellent communication skills.
