About the Job

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to plan and execute efficient repair processes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and high-quality repairs.
  • Make informed decisions regarding repair versus replacement, considering factors such as safety, cost, and cycle time.
  • Remove and replace vehicle components, including upholstery, accessories, and electrical systems.
  • Participate in regular safety meetings and adhere to industry standards.
Requirements
  • Prior certification in body repair is preferred.
  • Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and manufacturer-specific requirements.
  • I-CAR welding certification is a must.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret measuring data.
  • Supervisory experience and strong communication skills are essential.
