Overview:


The Product Supply Coordinator plays a crucial role in formulating, communicating, and executing tailored supply strategies for various markets.

This position necessitates close collaboration with cross-functional teams across development and manufacturing sectors. The Coordinator will implement best practices in Supply and Inventory Management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary duties of this role encompass, but are not limited to:
• Formulating and implementing supply strategies based on sales forecasts, new product launches, and other planning criteria.
• Collaborating with both internal and external manufacturers regularly to ensure timely delivery of finished goods and bulk products as per scheduled timelines and quantity specifications.
• Contributing to the formulation of the supply planning strategy and executing relevant components.
• Enhancing inventory levels to minimize excess and obsolete stock while guaranteeing a continuous supply.
• Working collaboratively with Quality, Regulatory, and R&D teams to resolve supply-related challenges.
• Engaging in new product introduction initiatives to ensure supply plans are developed, communicated, and executed in alignment with project timelines.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain principles and best practices, with experience in at least three of the following areas: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Materials Management, Inventory Management, and/or Sales & Operations Planning.
• Strong knowledge of business processes and ERP systems (preferably SAP).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Continuous learning or certifications from APICS, ISM, or other recognized professional organizations is advantageous.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain roles.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical GMP environments is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel is essential.

Additional Information:

The department is responsible for managing the pipeline of all Client and Kite products. Candidates must possess exceptional planning expertise and be adept at handling multiple products simultaneously. Strong Excel skills are also a requirement.
