Production Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate with internal project management staff and division management team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
* Oversee field checks, invoicing, and accounts payable processes for new starts to ensure timely and accurate payments.
* Monitor vendor insurance, contractor agreements, and scheduling to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Requirements
* Excellent planning and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) to maintain accurate records and reports.
