Accelerated Sales Program

White Cap is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Accelerated Sales Program. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or one to two years of sales or related field experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
