Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Mt Laurel, NJ. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and modeling complex data systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing solutions to drive business value.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in data analytics, data warehousing, and data integration, with a strong background in data analysis, profiling, clean-up, and validation. You will also have hands-on experience building data quality checks and writing complex SQL queries, as well as experience working with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and model complex data systems to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop solutions to drive business value and improve data quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- AZ-900/DP-900 certifications
- Experience with data lake, Azure Data Factory, Data Bricks, Python, Synapse/SQL Server, Analytics Zone, Azure Scheduler, Tableau, and Power BI
- Strong analytical, organizational, and technical skills
