Technology Product Manager

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce and its capabilities, as well as experience in product management and leadership. They will be responsible for developing a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market trends, user feedback, and business priorities.
The Technology Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure smooth product development, launch, and post-launch support. They will also be responsible for fostering strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing a deep understanding of the users, current platform features, and the domain
- Discovering, defining, and validating problems presented by user insights, stakeholder priorities, and organizational needs
- Ideating simple, creative solutions for functionality needed to move business objectives forward
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market trends, user feedback, and business priorities
- Building a clear vision and scope documentation, defining minimum viable product, and identifying trade-offs between feature set and time to market
- Partnering with Business Analysts and UX Designers to document use cases, workflows, wireframes, design requirements, and other materials needed to support product creation and refinement
- Collaborating with Business Analysts to translate product requirements into Epics, User Stories, and building a shared understanding with the technical and support teams
- Defining product goals and metrics for the platforms supported
- Being the voice of the users, advocating for user-focused improvements and experiences
- Collaborating with clear communication and a positive, results-oriented approach with internal teams and departments
- Coordinating with product peers and their teams to share learnings and ensure quality cross-platform experience
- Providing input and leading improvement of product team organizational procedures and processes
- Coaching teams to encourage a growth and innovation mindset, ensuring the team is learning and implementing product management best practices
- Setting clear objectives and expectations for the scrum teams and ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools to excel in their roles
- Monitoring the progress of ongoing projects, identifying potential roadblocks, and taking corrective actions to keep projects on track
- Fostering strong partnerships with engineering, design, marketing, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth product development, launch, and post-launch support
- Coordinating efforts between different teams to address dependencies and maximize efficiency in the product development process
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and communicate product plans and updates effectively
- Managing expectations and providing regular updates on product development progress, milestones, and potential changes in scope
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate product success and identify areas for improvement
- Analyzing product performance data and user feedback to drive data-driven decisions for product enhancements and future iterations
