Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Engineer

Array Behavioral Care is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Data Analytics & Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining complex data analytics solutions using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop data models, reports, and dashboards using Power BI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance
  • Present data insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field
  • Expert-level skills in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
