Key Responsibilities
As the SCCM Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Possessing a broad knowledge of Windows 10 and mobile operating systems, particularly in a corporate environment, and driving transformation in a complex desktop landscape.
  • Overseeing patch management processes for Windows and third-party applications through SCCM, leveraging over a decade of expertise.
  • Administering SCCM with extensive deployment experience, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Conducting thorough reviews and analyses of patching failure trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implementing root cause analysis to minimize patching failures and enhance system integrity.
  • Collaborating with various internal teams to address and resolve patching-related challenges.
  • Utilizing in-depth knowledge to address vulnerabilities within the end-user environment effectively.
  • Employing hands-on experience with vulnerability assessment tools, such as Qualys, to maintain security standards.

Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following skills would be advantageous:

  • Familiarity with Patch My PC as an additional asset.
  • Understanding of Intune and/or Tanium to enhance mobile device management.
  • Practical experience with Windows 10 Autopilot to streamline deployment processes.
