- Provide guests with welcome packets that include room keys, vouchers, and information about amenities.
- Process credit card transactions for authorization and manage cash handling with precision.
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or GED, or one year of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, along with a commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check as a prerequisite for employment.
- Willingness to work in environments where smoking is permitted.
