Job Description:As a member of our Field Services team, you'll work directly with clients, providing guidance and knowledge on technology-related issues. You'll have opportunities to learn from colleagues across various departments and contribute to a comprehensive team effort.
Your responsibilities will include working with clients to resolve technical issues, identifying solutions, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the process. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation using our CRM system and representing Varsity Technologies at client sites.
