Job Summary
Catholic Charities SF is seeking a skilled Homeless Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing case management services to homeless families in San Francisco, Marin, and San Mateo Counties, helping them to achieve stable housing and a better quality of life. The Homeless Support Specialist will work closely with a caseload of 18-22 clients, providing housing search assistance, crisis intervention, community and support services, and information and referral. This position requires strong coordination skills, knowledge of community resources, and experience working with families in crisis. A salary range of $25.76-$28.58 per hour is available for this position.

About the Role
The Homeless Support Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized case plans for each client, providing ongoing support services, and collaborating with other team members to design and implement program operations and policies. This role also involves maintaining accurate and timely data entry, submitting case records, and participating in quarterly case record review committees and departmental Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) committees. To succeed in this role, applicants should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in cross-cultural situations, and a commitment to delivering culturally competent services.
