Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven insurance sales professional to identify and convert sales leads for insurance policies while overseeing a robust portfolio of clients in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement our proven sales system in the field, utilizing the training provided to drive sales growth.
  • Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, including cold calling and networking, to connect with potential clients while maintaining a portfolio of current clients.
  • Conduct meetings with new and potential clients, carefully listening to their individual circumstances to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on insurance industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, leadership, or business-to-business sales is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time.
  • Be teachable and coachable, with a desire to grow within your career.
  • Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
  • Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire.
  • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities.
