About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at MAXIMUS, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to New York Medicaid recipients. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting face-to-face and telephonic outreach and enrollment services, assisting clients with the enrollment/transfer/disenrollment process, and interfacing with HRA/LDSS county staff and clients.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED is required, along with 0-6 months of relevant professional experience.
  • Prior work experience in customer service, data entry, and/or data processing is preferred.
  • Experience working with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) is also desired.
