Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to fill the role of Sales and Marketing Coordinator at The Sebastian Vail. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales and marketing teams, ensuring seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of sales and marketing materials, including proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are taken care of.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring up-to-date information is readily available.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of coordinator and/or administrative experience or equivalent education, training, and experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
