Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy advanced statistical, AI, and machine learning models to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data sources and develop targeted marketing strategies
  • Apply expertise in marketing analytics and advanced methods to drive business impact and customer engagement
  • Present complex information using data visualization techniques and communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with diverse technical teams to ensure project deliverables meet business needs and timing
Requirements
  • Minimum seven years of experience developing, deploying, and monitoring performance of statistical, AI, and/or machine learning based models
  • Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Operations Research, Psychometrics, Marketing Science, Finance, (Bio)Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or another quantitative field
  • Proficient writing Python/R (modeling) and SQL/Spark (data), working with Pandas, StatsModels, PYMC, TensorFlow, Pytorch, Spark/ML, sklearn, numpy and related packages
  • Desired expertise in marketing analytics and advanced methods such as Generalized Linear Models, panel data, mixed effects with Bayesian techniques, also classification and regression trees and simple regressions
  • Prior experience with paid, earned, and owned media
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects at once without sacrificing quality
