About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned Risk Management Professional to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the application of analytical risk management principles to enable our clients to achieve mission assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management into all aspects of program planning and execution.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure the success of our clients' missions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on risk management best practices and methodologies.
  • Mentor and supervise team members to ensure the development of their risk management skills.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Risk Management or Program Management.
  • Knowledge of risk management methodologies, tools, and processes, and program management principles and practices.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and develop innovative solutions for risk identification, mitigation, monitoring, and control.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Risk Management Professional or DAWIA certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with risk management supporting the Department of Defense or a federal agency.
  • Knowledge of risk management tools and processes.
  • Ability to collaborate with program teams to integrate risk management into all aspects of program planning and execution.
  • Ability to document all risk management activities, maintaining a risk register and ensuring that all risk-related documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
