Cybersecurity Strategist

Cydecor, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Strategist to join our team. As a Cybersecurity Strategist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, policies, and plans for the OPNAV Surface Warfare Division (N96) portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals and enhance the overall cybersecurity posture.
• Assist in the development and review of existing and draft cyber policy, working with stakeholders and cyber-SMEs to analyze emergent government and private sector cyber capabilities.
• Maintain communication channels with N96 cyber stakeholders by organizing and participating in regular N96 led forums.
• Represent the government client in various cyber forums and on collaborative teams.
• Perform administrative tasks in support of the client, including responding to taskers, drafting MOUs, and reviewing requirements documents.

Requirements:

• Cyber background, including experience with cloud security, cyber threats, identity management, RMF, Computer Network Defense (CND), or similar experience.
• Naval (USN or USMC) operational and/or staff experience.
• IAT/IAM/IASAE Level II or Level III certification preferred.
• Familiarity with NIST's Special Publication (SP) 800 series.

Security Clearance: Must possess Active Top-Secret/SCI.

Education: No degree required.

Work Schedule: Customer location.
