Department Overview: The 3 North unit is a Medical Telemetry Unit located on the third floor of SAMC, featuring 24 beds. This unit primarily cares for patients requiring medical telemetry, observation, cardiac monitoring, and treatment for conditions such as low-risk chest pain, COPD, pneumonia, and congestive heart failure.
