Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a Medical Telemetry Unit, providing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing and admitting patients, administering medications, and providing education to patients and families. You will also have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and admit patients to the Medical Telemetry Unit
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Provide education to patients and families on disease management and self-care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a current Registered Nurse license and a minimum of one year of experience in a Medical Telemetry Unit. You must also be able to work a 36-hour week, including night shifts.
