Job Summary

At All Ways Caring HomeCare, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in various settings, including home health, hospice, and residential care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist nurses with basic care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients
  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration rate
  • Provide simple or uncomplicated patient care, including administering medication as directed by a physician or nurse
  • Clean patient rooms and change bed linen
  • Transport patients and assist with mobility
Requirements
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Certification as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state where the aide will provide care
  • Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide
