Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist

Spring Life Behavioral Care LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our team of mental health professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clinical operations, leadership, and program development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the clinical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
- Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement business strategies, including program development and expansion.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of mental health professionals, including therapists, counselors, and support staff.
- Ensure the effective management of clinical programs, including budgeting, resource allocation, and outcome measurement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, including healthcare providers, social services agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve clinical services and operations.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
- At least 2 years of experience in clinical leadership, program development, and management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a behavioral health setting, with a focus on addiction treatment and recovery.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and state-specific laws and regulations.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and other clinical software systems.
