  • Maintain a friendly demeanor with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Work night shifts, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Utilize computer systems to track inventory, manage orders, and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay calm and composed in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Desire to work with customers on a consistent basis, building relationships and providing personalized service.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lb boxes, navigate warehouse spaces, and operate equipment safely.

Requirements

  • Adequate knowledge of computer systems and ability to learn new software.
  • Process-driven and organized, with ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, communicating effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and navigate warehouse spaces.
