In-Shop Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused In-Shop Team Member to join our team at Jimmy John's. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring the highest standards of product and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for every customer
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 30-40 pounds regularly and stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
