Director of Operations and Community Development

Integral Senior Living, a leading provider of senior living communities, is seeking an Executive Director to join our team at Victoria Place Senior Living. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to lead our community and drive business growth.
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue.
- Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to increase referrals and partnerships.
- Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure financial targets are met.
- Lead a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent resident care and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of management experience in the senior living industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing operating expenses and achieving financial targets.
- Demonstration of strong leadership and communication skills.
- Administrator License/certification.
