Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual marketing strategies and campaign plans that align with company goals and market objectives for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with team members and partner agencies to ensure the successful execution and management of approved marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Manage marketing budgets, track spending, and ensure campaigns stay on budget while maximizing ROI.
  • Ensure marketing efforts comply with applicable laws and regulations, such as SPAM, GDPR, and private customer information.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and marketing best practices, including AI, to refine and update marketing strategies and plans.
  • Regularly review metrics and reports for all marketing campaigns, assess performance against ROI and KPIs, and collaborate with the VP of Marketing to optimize channels or adjust plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably targeting medium to mid-market clients.
  • A 4-year degree, preferably in Marketing.
  • Knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing strategies, with a focus on successful inbound lead generation.
  • Creative skills in identifying target audiences and creating engaging digital campaigns throughout the customer journey.
  • A positive, self-starter attitude and the ability to drive progress independently, along with strong relationship-building skills for teamwork.
  • Strong analytical skills to turn ideas into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
