Global Tax Compliance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Analyst - U.S. International to join our dynamic tax department at Biogen, a global biotechnology leader committed to delivering life-changing medicines.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate preparation of international reporting components of the Company's federal income tax return, including gathering data and assistance with preparation of forms and supporting workpapers.
Responsibilities:
- Quarterly global ASC 740 income tax provision preparation and support, including coordination and timely collection of data requests, calculation of tax provision for foreign subsidiaries, and reconciliation of tax accounts.
- Assistance with withholding tax matters, including preparation of required forms and related payments as well as maintenance of U.S. residency certifications.
- Support in preparing global transfer pricing documentation, including Master and Local File reports, and responding to transfer pricing-related audit requests.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of corporate tax experience in public accounting or industry.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience with U.S. International tax compliance (i.e., Forms 5471, 8858, 8992).
- Proficient with tax compliance software, online research tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
- Detail-oriented and strong organization and communication skills.

Salary Information: The estimated salary range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
