Apartment Sales Consultant

As a Leasing Consultant at Residential One LLC, you will be responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of multi-family residential apartments.
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet prospects and qualify them by covering all criteria.
- Record all telephone and in-person visits on appropriate reports.
- Inspect models and available apartments, and communicate related service needs.
- Demonstrate community and apartment features and benefits to clients.
- Closing sales and securing deposits in accordance with company procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
- Process applications for approvals, ensure apartments are ready for residents to move-in, and follow up on prospects that did not close.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Administrative Tasks:
- Accept rental payments and give them to the appropriate party.
- Maintain current resident files and accurate monthly commission records.
- Distribute company or community-issued notices and implement policies of the community.
Neighborhood Marketing:
- Participate in outreach marketing activities to obtain prospective residents.
- Advise residents of referral concessions and assist in placing, removing/updating banners, balloons, bandit signs, flags, etc.
- Distribute newsletters, pamphlets, flyers, etc. and conduct market surveys.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel locally and represent the company in a professional manner.
