About the Role

As a Support Medication Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring resident conditions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver routine daily medications to residents with precision and accuracy
  • Monitor resident conditions and document any changes or concerns
  • Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest caregiving practices and regulations
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong passion for caregiving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be certified as a Medication Aide in your state.
