About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Mitigation Team Leader at PuroClean of Central Denver. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our restoration services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Satisfaction: Represent the PuroClean brand and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Production Process Management: Oversee the production process, ensuring that all aspects are completed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining the highest level of quality.
  • Team Development: Develop and maintain the skills and expertise of production staff technicians, providing coaching and training to ensure they are equipped to handle various restoration tasks.
  • Financial Management: Manage financial assets and equipment, ensuring that all resources are utilized effectively and efficiently.
  • Facility Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of vehicles, equipment, and facilities, ensuring that they are in good working condition and meet the required standards.
  • Communication: Maintain clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisors, and fellow technicians, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned with project goals and objectives.

  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift at least 50 pounds and work for prolonged periods on your feet.
