This includes ensuring the preventative maintenance schedule is up-to-date, safety and security compliance is met, and facility appearance is maintained. You will also assist with renovations at existing locations and the build-out and development of new locations.

Responsibilities:

* Install, inspect, and repair car wash equipment
* Load, unload, and place car wash chemicals, supplies, and equipment
* Monitor costs related to utilities, chemical use, parts use, and building and grounds maintenance
* Provide leadership and guidance to other non-direct report maintenance employees and store management
* Assist store management in workplace safety, chemical application, parts and supply inventory, equipment preventative maintenance
* Maintain building and grounds for facilities including landscaping maintenance

Requirements:

* Degree in a technical field or a minimum of 2 years' experience in a maintenance-related field
* Electrical experience including motor control and three-phase power systems, strongly preferred
* Must be able to work a flexible 5-day a week schedule that includes weekends and holidays
* Professional Appearance Standards (natural hair color, trimmed facial hair, no earlobe stretching or plugging, large tattoos must be covered, no visible tattoos above the shoulders)

Environmental Factors:

* Work outdoors year-round, and be exposed to wide temperature variations, sunshine, wet weather (rain, snow), humidity, wet surfaces, noise, gasoline and exhaust fumes, machinery and moving parts, high-pressure hydraulic lines, chemical solutions and dirt, power supplies up to 480-volt, three phase

Physical Demands:

* Vision and Hearing – Far and near visual acuity, peripheral vision and depth perception
* Language – must be able to fluently speak and understand English when communicating with other team members, managers, and customers for business-related purposes

Work Environment:

* Work as assigned schedule which may be irregular and include weekends, extended hours, overtime, and holidays
