Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Plant Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for watering and maintaining plants in offices around the Chicago suburbs, as well as providing extended upkeep and replacement services as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and prune plants to ensure optimal health and appearance
  • Water and maintain plants in offices, including bi-weekly visits and weekly replacements
  • Provide extended upkeep and replacement services as needed
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Meet monthly mileage checks and maintain a reliable working vehicle

Requirements

  • Previous knowledge of plant care and maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
  • Customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and aesthetically inclined
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and be on feet for extended periods
