Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up all food items, manage opening and closing duties, and ensure stock replenishment and rotation as directed by the Concessions Chef.
- Organize non-food items for shifts while maintaining a high level of sanitation and professionalism.
- Input daily event sheets and reports accurately.
- Produce menu items promptly and in alignment with company standards.
- Follow instructions meticulously and maintain a clean work area with proper food storage.
- Adhere to company guidelines and exceed guest expectations consistently.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow associates and other service departments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Professional culinary training or experience in a high-volume, fast-paced dining environment; experience in full-service casual dining is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with team members.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including specials and services.
- Ability to ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory management.
- Basic understanding of food preparation, service standards, and guest relations.
- Capability to multitask in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Physical ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds.
- Willingness to work during all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Mobility to perform production tasks, including reaching, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Two to three years of experience in a high-end club or restaurant setting is required.
Encourage adherence to all safety policies and procedures, actively identifying and reporting unsafe conditions, and completing all required safety training.
Document all safety incidents in the company's risk management system on the same day they occur.
