We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Care Manager to join our team at Stanford Health Care. As a Patient Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to provide patient care and services.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Monitor and evaluate patient care processes and outcomes to ensure high-quality care.
- Collaborate with other departments and disciplines to enhance problem-solving and decision-making.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
- Three years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
- Ability to contribute to healthcare policy formulation and lead process improvement projects.
- Ability to delegate responsibly and provide leadership and direction to staff.
- Knowledge of current theories, principles, and practices in nursing and healthcare.
