Position Details

Role: Sales Operations Analyst

Location: Remote

Job Type: Hybrid - initial training on-site, followed by a flexible work schedule.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Compensation: $25-27 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves managing and analyzing substantial datasets, generating reports, and assisting sales teams with essential documentation. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to fulfill operational requirements.

  • Reporting and Analytics (60%): Extract and format data from existing systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process Management (20%): Oversee execution of sales initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Administrative Support (20%): Provide assistance to marketing and IT teams in administrative tasks to facilitate program execution.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage large datasets.
