We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team at DAS Acquisition Company, LLC. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals by providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the home-buying or refinancing process.
Key Responsibilities- Client Service: Provide every client with the best service in the industry, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Business Development: Market and solicit residential loan business, ensuring all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Education and Advice: Advise and educate clients on the home-buying or refinancing process and how to better manage their mortgages.
- Business Growth: Own and build your business within USA Mortgage with the support of our team.
- Education: 2 to 4-year college curriculum preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging sales environment.
- Technical Skills: Encompass experience or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of various residential mortgage loan products.
- Soft Skills: Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team player, passion, great communication skills, self-motivation, positive attitude, and competitive spirit.
- Licensing: MLO approved license in NMLS.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- State Minimum Hourly - $13.00 (recoverable)
