Job Summary

The Insurance Coordinator role at Rock Dental Brands is a dynamic position that requires attention to detail and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payment of dental insurance claims. This involves working closely with payers to resolve claim issues, actively reviewing claims rejection reports, and researching outstanding claims. Additionally, the Insurance Coordinator will be responsible for submitting refunds requests for payments made in error and submitting corrective claims for incorrect procedures rendered.

You Must Have
  • Strong problem-solving and research skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High School Diploma or GED

Nice to Have
  • Understanding of CDT Codes and 837 terminologies
